In my role as a graphic designer, I worked with a team of project managers and writers to create custom print and email campaigns that supported fundraising for higher education institutes around the United States. Working with the data team, each communication was personalized through the use of merge fields both in name and in donation ask. Coupled with student calling campaigns and social media awareness campaigns, my work was a key part of a multi-faceted outreach.
Webster University wanted to showcase the activities donations to the University help support. The self-mailer contained a detachable pledge card and a reply envelope sealed within this colorful piece.
The goal of Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) is to improve community and global health through education, patient care and research. Several personalized letters, self-mailers, and emails were pieces I designed to support their fundraising goals.
Lesley University showcased their Leadership Giving Society and Annual Fund appeals by sending letters with detachable pledge cards to alumni and donors urging them to join and help make a difference in a student’s life. A prospective landing page for their Leadership Giving Society campaign was also created.
